Your primary account is the account manager. The account manager can issue licenses for access and view team usage statistics for the team. Team licenses are issued based on unique employee email addresses and can be reassigned to other employees throughout the year.
Is there any limit to how often I can move team members in and out of seats?
No, you can move your team members in and out of seats as often as you like.
Can the team’s account manager watch courses?
The account manager has full access to the platform. However, the team’s reporting will not include the account manager’s usage statistics.
Can I add seats to my team during the subscription period?
Yes, you can add seats as often as you like. You will be charged a prorated amount for each seat, based on the time remaining in the subscription period.
