I really enjoyed the big-picture perspective on Design Systems. It focused not just on how to build them, but why they might fail even if the work is good. I appreciated the discussion of maturity models and the steps between stages, as well as the deep dive into communication challenges across different cultures. It was a great reminder that building an amazing system isn’t enough; you also have to sell it and show its value. I liked that Ben provided a flexible blueprint instead of a strict formula. I hope to see more courses from him on Design Systems in the future.
