How do I purchase a team plan?
Purchase a team license for 10 or more team members through the Join page, paying monthly or yearly.
How do team accounts work?
Your primary account is the account manager. The account manager can issue licenses for access and view team usage statistics for the team. Team licenses are issued based on unique employee email addresses and can be reassigned to other employees throughout the year.
Can the team's account manager watch courses?
The account manager has full access to the platform but doesn’t count against your team’s total amount of licenses. However, the team’s reporting will not include the account manager’s usage statistics.
Do you offer free trials for teams?
From time to time we offer free trials to first-time team subscribers. You can find more about our available trials here. Team trials must be approved before being activated.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for Team subscriptions for the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days (less any trial days) to request a refund for monthly or annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for unused team seats.
