It&#8217;s all-too-easy to focus on exotic micro-interactions that will get likes on social media, but fail to communicate what a product does or tell a compelling story. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Criticism of form over function is a tale as old as time. People line up to criticize Frank Lloyd Wright, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/reginacole\/2020\/01\/22\/frank-lloyd-wright-americas-best-known-architect-is-also-its-most-reviled\/?sh=22ef674151cf\">as Regina Cole wrote<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>His roofs were improperly supported, they say. His buildings leak.
